Gateway Property Management PLC approached us to design and produce a high-end promotional brochure that would highlight their innovative and idiosyncratic approach to the property management sector.

Having a longstanding relationship with Gateway, they trust us to maintain their brand and allow us to push the more exciting ideas, giving Gateway a great reputation within their sector. At Storm, we created the Gateway brand & identity and have gone on to produce a wealth of collateral, from stationery & signage to advertising & the company website.

The creative direction for the brochure was to promote the 'individual' and 'human' service that Gateway offer within an industry not know for personal customer service. We created a high quality piece that people would keep - that has standout. A 'coffee table' artbook that happens to be about property, containing works from some of the leading young British illustrators.
